Thank you for choosing JewelEgo. Each pair of Button Jewels is handcrafted in small batches and prepared with care. Below you’ll find all the details about how we ship, deliver, and protect your orders.

Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are prepared and packed within 1–3 business days.
This does not include weekends or holidays.
If we experience unusually high order volume (holidays, product launches), processing times may be slightly extended. If any significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
United States
• Complimentary shipping for orders over $70 (standard, tracked).
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and carrier.
Estimated delivery:
• Europe: 7–20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7–25 business days
• Other regions: 10–30 business days
Please note that customs processing may extend delivery times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
JewelEgo is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
If an address error results in non-delivery or return-to-sender, we cannot refund shipping costs, and reshipment will require a new shipping fee.

We can only correct an address before the order has shipped.
If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the product cost will be refunded once the item is received back, excluding original shipping costs.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, JewelEgo is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please check with:
• neighbors
• household members
• local post office or carrier
• building management
If the carrier confirms non-delivery or loss, contact us — we will do our best to assist.

Carrier Delays
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Weather, strikes, customs, holidays, and carrier disruptions may occasionally cause delays.
JewelEgo is not responsible for delays outside of our control once packages are in the hands of the carrier.

Delivery to the European Union
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery in accordance with the EU cooling-off period.
