7-Day Free Returns (USA)

We offer free returns on your first order, as long as it includes no more than two sets.

Because each piece is handmade in small batches, returns for larger orders or repeat orders are limited to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 • Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return shipping costs for EU orders are the responsibility of the customer.
